This is my first book by Tracy Groot and I have to say it did not disappoint. A great novel full of mystery, history, war, and hidden documents. The Maggie Bright is a big yacht with a few secrets to reveal. This takes place when Hitler was in power 1940s Germany and wow what a fun and exciting trip this story takes you on, I truly enjoy this time period and and the Maggie Bright is one cool boat. A small piece of Dunkirk history: The Dunkirk evacuation, code-named Operation Dynamo, also known as the Miracle of Dunkirk, was the evacuation of Allied soldiers from the beaches and harbor of Dunkirk, France, between 26 May and 4 June 1940, during World War II. The historical mixed with the fictional really brings this story to life. A highly entertaining page turner, wonderful historical/fiction read. Will the Maggie Bright Survive? I will be reading more from Tracy Groot in the near future. Happy Reading and God Bless. This book was given to me by Tyndale Publishing for an honest review.
The Coming APOSTASY By: Mark Hitchcock & Jeff Kinley
What a great read for the world we are facing today, The end times are for sure knocking on the door, and reading this book is like reading a bible account of the nightly news. We have apostasy in our churches we have it in our homes, government, laws, schools, and the list goes on. From the Christian church afraid to offend its members/givers with the truth of the bible Heaven and Hell is really folks. To the twisted new so called laws of marriage that blurs the lines of right and wrong through the entire world is just plain sick and upsetting. The many people saying the bible is outdated and old news are so so wrong read the bible its like today’s news headlines the bible is VERY relevant today. As Christians this is our time to shine for Christ and stand up to what is going on in this chaotic world before its to late. This book covers all this and much more and I found it a real page turner. Get this read it give it to a friend, it could change their life. I want to leave you with a verse that was also in the book and is so true of the times we now live. Jesus is coming please call out to Him and be saved, I want to see you in Heaven, because their is truly a hell.
For a time is coming when people will no longer listen to sound and wholesome teaching. They will follow their own desires and will look for teachers who will tell them whatever their itching ears want to hear. They will reject the truth and chase after myths.” ―2 Timothy 4:3-4

Crossing the Waters: Following Jesus Through the Storms, the Fish, the Doubt, and the Seas
By: Leslie Leyland Fields
Crossing the Waters isn’t your everyday “Christian Life Spiritual Growth book.” It doesn’t attempt to solve life issues with formulas. Fields dives into deep issues and surfaces with questions and feelings that perplex us all. Any reader will identify with Fields’ heart and her question: What does it mean to follow Jesus in the midst of our carnality, sin issue’s, and everyday lives? But as she writes about her faith hurdles and the disciples’ struggles, she always takes the reader back to Jesus. Fields doesn’t minimize the heartache and pain in today’s world, but she shows us how God saves and Carries us through the storm and suffering. She speaks to our fears and doubts, reminding us that Jesus is always enough and always their in our times of trouble. This was provided by publisher for honest review.
